That’s right, finally ponytails are in and the options are endless.
Wear the standard ponytail in a super sleek way or
part your hair down the middle and pull the ponytail straight back.
Looking for a dramatic statement?
Brave the genie ponytail and be prepared for the looks of awe or sheer envy.
Either way, be super FAB with your ponytail for the warm months!
If you’re a glam girl at heart, take the everyday ponytail hair staple to the next level with a Fabulous updo.
Updo’s are definitely in for Spring/ Summer 2009.
From easy buns to chic chignons & French rolls, rock your updo with style and confidence.

STYLE FORECAST:SLEEK IS CHIC

Grab your flat irons and blow-dryers ladies!!! Straight and sleek is super chic for this Spring/ Summer’s hair trends. Walk the sidewalks of your neighborhood like the runway’s in Paris, as your rock the timeless look of long bone straight hair.
A true representation of simplicity, long straight hair will be big on the scene for the next few months. Sport the look with a middle part, which will also be big in the next few months
or don a side part. This look can be achieved by using any heat styling tool that gets your hair bone straight.

However you chose to wear it,
make sure that your hair remains healthy while wearing the trend.
Always utilize a hair protectant, which enhances the straightening power of your heat tools(i.e. flat irons, blow-dryers, etc…) while protecting your hair from
the damage that high heat can cause. Some of my favorite heat protectants are Chi Silk Infusion,Redken Heat Glide or Tresemme’s heat tamer spray. All of these heat proectants should be available in your local beauty stores.

STYLE FORECAST:BRAIDS


Braids are back and have never looked better!!!
If you feel like your having a bad hair day this Spring/Summer, this will be your saving grace.
Braids are making a huge comeback this year! More specifically, the “milkmaid braid” is so very popular with celebs. The milkmaid braid is a large braid that circles around the perimeter of the head. Seen on the likes of Sienna Miller, Jennifer Lopez, Mary J. Beige and Demi Moore,
you have no reason to doubt that this look is “in.”

If this is too stylish for you, opt for a braided side swept bang and still be in with the trend! Don’t know how to braid? No worries! Check out a few of the hair tutorials that I’ve listed below to aid you in your quest for the milk maid braid.
Just remember,

Welcome back to your hair style forecast! Lets jump right into it!As we discussed in our last blog, short hair will be IN for the Spring/Summer months.
If short hairs not your thing, opt for the complete opposite and be super stylish with long hair. That’s right ladies, long hair is in. Some may question, when was it ever out? Be on track with the style forecast by styling your luscious long locs with flowing waves and loose curls. Utilizing flat irons, curling irons, wave irons or the old dependable rollers, be stylish with a bit of body in your tresses.






The trend is one of natural beauty. If you don’t have long hair, don’t fret, you can always purchase extensions to enhance your length and be right on the money with the latest Spring/Summer 2009 trends for hair. STYLE FORECAST: High Chances of Short Hair


“Glamour is what makes a man ask for your telephone number.
But it also is what makes a woman ask for the name of your hairdresser.”
I am a firm believer that bad hair can make the chicest of outfits look horrible!!!
Despite having the ability to ruin a FABULOUS ensemble,
GREAT hair can make a lady feel like she’s in heaven.
Most women tend to update their hair every blue moon, but there are so many different things that can be done to your “do” to make you look extra FAB in the morning.
Be stylishly in sync with the Spring/Summer trends for 2009 ,
with your first FAB Beauty Hair forecast.

2008 was the year of the short cut, as many of the beauty worlds trend setters snipped their lovely locks for the very sought out Bob, which eventually evolved into the much shorter Pixie cut. To the awe of many beauty consultants, the short cut has remained one of Spring/Summer’s hottest hair ‘do’s” for 2009.

Seen on the likes of Victoria Beckham, Katie Holmes, Rihanna and Hayden Panettiere, the short look will be a change that will surely inspire you to take risk in other parts of your life.
